Meeting Aristhian last Monday and he told me about his passion in doing Event Organizer around this city. And now i am ready to tell you about one of the Event Organizer in town, that is born from one person in one day preparation, Exquisite Organizer.
Last March 4th 2012, Aristhian (21) based on his experiences doing event organizer with other EO crew, he suddenly decided to make his own management. The main reason why he chose Event Organizer as his work area is none other because he himself, likes to party.
To follow up his hobby, he's interested to make one which is organized, enjoyable and he also wants to help to search a way out if there anyone who wants to held a party, but with less budget. In other words, with the budget that you have, they'll help you to make the best out of it.
They say, bad memories could give you one of the best triggers to motivate and make something beautiful out of it. His idea popped up in March 4th, and by March 5th 2012, Aris as the only one man standing he finished to decided the name, the logo and got his first client (technically, his first client for his own Event Organzier). But he also realized there are still a lot of things to do to make Exquisite more well-known and being counted by people. This is just one of the list that he wants to make it.
In this current time, the promotions is still using BBM and words of mouth. Again, words of mouth is considered as a very good way to do promotions for Exquisite.
Not stopping on that, when i asked him what goals that he wants to reach this year for Exqusitie Organizer, he said, "Not too much, i'll take a baby steps this is what i like to do as a job, so i want to at least doing an event per month, but i am not declining it if i can get more for sure."
Stopped in a few seconds he also added, "I also want to make a charity event with collaborating with vendors. Best of all if we can pull them of, that would be a total awesome event."
Not forget to mention, in this early journey of his own EO with his closest dudes they're not far for accepting complains. Himself said personally that is good to hear comments and complains, since they're ready to make a service business, they also got some responsibility and expectations from their clients. But most of all, the important thing is how you deal with it and make the best out of it.
From the beginning until now, they're already doing more or less about ten events (besides of his own job as freelance MC) and still counting due to their responsibility to the next upcoming birthday party events.
"The best thing when you're inside this industry is when the party went smooth, your client is happy and they have something memorable to remember with your help."
Liking party might be something that sounds not so positive, but from that activity, there it is Exquisite Organizer "Creating the best memories on your BIG DAY!!"
